ASIATECH BRASS CORPORATION provides best final finish for your products. We are serving our customer with variety of plating ser vices as per they require.

Plating is one of necessary process of completion of any product. Our maximum production: Brass Parts. Our Brass parts are used in all type of industries. We provide Gold, Silver, Nickel, Zinc, Natural Brass, Tin etc… plating servies.

Our Plating services includes…

Gold Plating
The concentration of free electrons in gold metal is 5.901022 cm-3. Gold is highly conductive to electricity, and has been used for electrical wiring in some high-energy applications (only silver and copper are more conductive per volume, but gold has the advantage of corrosion resistance). Though gold is attacked by free chlorine, its good conductivity and general resistance to oxidation and corrosion in other environments (including resistance to non-chlorinated acids) has led to its widespread industrial use in the electronic era as a thin layer coating electrical connectors of all kinds, thereby ensuring good connection. For example, gold is used in the connectors of the more expensive electronics cables, such as audio, video and USB cables. The benefit of using gold over other connector metals such as tin in these applications is highly debated. Gold connectors are often criticized by audio-visual experts as unnecessary for most consumers and seen as simply a marketing ploy. However, the use of gold in other applications in electronic sliding contacts in highly humid or corrosive atmospheres, Besides sliding electrical contacts, gold is also used in electrical contacts because of its resistance to corrosion, electrical conductivity, ductility and lack of toxicity.[32] Switch contacts are generally subjected to more intense corrosion stress than are sliding contacts. After all production operations for the final finish, we provide guaranteed gold plating for our customers from 0.50mm diameter up to 50mm.
Silver Plating
Some electrical and electronic products use silver for its superior conductivity, even when tarnished. The primary example of this is in high quality RF connectors. The increase in conductivity is also taken advantage of in RF engineering at VHF and higher frequencies, where conductors often cannot be scaled by 6%, due to tuning requirements, Some manufacturers produce audio connector cables, speaker wires, and power cables using silver conductors, which have a 6% higher conductivity than ordinary copper ones of identical dimensions, but cost very much more. For all the above reason we produce provide best silver plating with guaranteed plating services from 0.50mm diameter up to 50mm.
Nickel Plating
Nickel is a chemical element with the chemical symbol Ni and atomic number 28. It is a silvery-white lustrous metal. Nickel belongs to the transition metals and is hard and ductile. Pure nickel shows a significant chemical activity that can be observed when nickel is powdered to maximize the exposed surface area on which reactions can occur, but larger pieces of the metal are slow to react with air at ambient conditions due to the formation of a protective oxide surface. Nickel's slow rate of oxidation at room temperature, it is considered corrosion-resistant. Historically this has led to its use for plating metals such as iron and brass We are providing 8 to 10 microns of Nickel Plating services to our clients as per their requirements.
Zinc is a metallic chemical element; it has the symbol Zn and atomic number 30. It is the first element in group 12 of the periodic table. The metal is most commonly used as an anti-corrosion agent. Galvanization, which is the coating of iron or steel to protect the metals against corrosion, is the most familiar form of using zinc in this way.
We are providing Zinc Plating for our Steel Parts. Zinc plating services with 120 Hours salt spray guaranteed services.
We provide plating for with our products as well as If you need only of the above plating services.
